- Lifetime access to LinxChatbot at no cost.
- Full script creation support to help set up your chatbot.
- An online portal where you can view leads and make your own changes to the chatbot.
- Ongoing support: you may request changes at any time, which we aim to implement within 24–48 hours.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Use LinxChatbot only for lawful business purposes.
- Keep your login details secure.
- Do not attempt to resell or redistribute the chatbot.
4. Data & Privacy
- The chatbot collects data entered by your website visitors (e.g. name, email, enquiry).
- You remain the owner (data controller) of all information collected.
- LinxChatbot acts only as a processor in line with UK GDPR.
5. Service Commitment
- We provide ongoing support and updates as part of this free plan.
- While we aim to ensure reliable service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
- Support requests are normally handled within 24–48 hours.
6. Liability
- LinxChatbot is provided free of charge 'as is'.
- We are not liable for business loss, reputational damage, or indirect costs resulting from use of the chatbot.
7. Termination
- You may deactivate your chatbot at any time.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend the free service if it is misused.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
